Vibez on 8s is a movement bringing the old-school roller skating scene back to London. We’re blending the classics—old-school bangers, R&B, dancehall, grime, house, and more, with the fresh sounds of amapiano and afrobeats. Our aim is to rebuild the skating community and create spaces where people can come together under one roof.
That’s the essence of what we do: skating, music, and good vibes all night long.

Over the years, the London skating scene has been pushed to the sidelines, but we’re here to change that. We believe skating deserves its spotlight again—not only for the seasoned skaters who miss that nostalgic energy, but also for the new generation discovering the culture for the first time. Skating is more than just fun; it’s fitness, expression, connection, and freedom.
Beyond our events, we are deeply committed to the community. Through our School Enrichment Programme, we introduce young people to the joy of skating as a positive outlet. Our aim is to motivate them to stay active, embrace fitness, and find alternatives to the negative distractions around them. Skating provides a safe, supportive environment where young people can build confidence, teamwork, and resilience—skills that last far beyond the rink.

School Enrichment Programme
At Vibez on 8s, we are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and inspiring spaces through roller skating. Skating is not only a form of exercise and sustainable transport, but also a powerful tool for building confidence, teamwork, and community.
Our mission is to reintroduce and grow roller skating culture in London—blending the nostalgia of the old-school skating scene with opportunities for today’s youth to engage in positive, healthy activities.

Through our 12-week School Enrichment Programme, we deliver structured skating sessions in schools, giving young people the chance to learn new skills, stay active, and discover a constructive outlet. Alongside skating, we also provide pathways into employment by training young people to join our team and supporting them with First Aid and DBS certification.
We believe this work is particularly important at a time when young people are facing increasing challenges, from reduced access to sports and arts activities to the growing issue of youth violence. By giving them access to safe, enjoyable, and meaningful opportunities, we aim to make a lasting impact.
